OUR METHOD
AN INDUSTRIAL EXPERTISE ROOTED IN ARTISANAL TRADITION.
All stages of the production process — from plastic molding to the finished product — are carried out entirely within Unimonteco’s facility.
The oversight and meticulous supervision of the entire production chain ensure processes characterized by quality, precision, and timeliness. Unimonteco is equipped with advanced molding systems and continuously invests in the research and integration of new technologies to upgrade its machinery.
This approach ensures a flexible, efficient, and competitive production process, always aligned with the most innovative solutions available on the market.
MOLDING
The journey of creation begins with injection molding, a technique that transforms plastic granules into precise and functional components.
The granules are fed into a heated barrel, where they melt into a fluid mass. This molten material is then injected under high pressure into a closed mold, defining the final shape of the part. Once cooled and solidified, the piece is ejected, ready for further processing.
This process ensures high-quality, efficient production, capable of achieving intricate details with exceptional precision.
TECHNICAL BONDING
Technical bonding represents a strategic phase within the production cycle.
This technique enables the precise joining of components derived from different manufacturing processes and integrates seamlessly into the assembly workflow, contributing decisively to the formation of the final product.
DECORATION
To enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of components, Unimonteco employs advanced decoration techniques, including pad printing and heat transfer printing.

Pad Printing
This technique enables the transfer of two-dimensional images onto three-dimensional surfaces, even those with irregular or complex geometries. A soft silicone pad picks up the ink from an engraved cliché and precisely transfers it onto the plastic surface. The flexibility of the pad allows it to adapt to different shapes, ensuring crisp and long-lasting prints.

Heat Transfer Printing
In this process, a pre-printed image on a special transfer film is applied to the plastic component through controlled heat and pressure. This method delivers high-definition, wear-resistant graphics, ideal for applications requiring vibrant colors and durable finishes.
ASSEMBLY
In the final stage, individual components come together through assembly, where craftsmanship meets industrial precision.
This crucial phase integrates and secures various parts to form the finished product. Each element is meticulously positioned and fastened, ensuring not only structural integrity but also the aesthetic and functional excellence of the final piece. Assembly at Unimonteco represents the perfect synergy between technological innovation and artisanal expertise, values that have always defined the company’s identity.
